The Solarix KRJ45/6SLD connector type 8p8c is structurally designed for flawless connection between the connector contacts and copper conductors of the data cable. The contacts are covered with a layer of 50 µin gold, which ensures long-term reliability and minimal contact resistance.
The connector supports 2.5/5G BASE-T protocols and lower, making it a universal solution for structured cabling category CAT6. It is compatible with conductors ranging from AWG 28 to 22 and offers a minimum lifespan of 1000 mating cycles. Non-metallic parts are made of FR plastic according to UL94-0.
Application and Compatibility
The connector is designed exclusively for terminating solid conductors in structured cabling. For stranded conductors, a different type of connector must be used. Suitable for structured cabling installations in offices, data centers, and industrial applications.
