The XTRA4215N G3 controller represents a solution for efficient battery charging management from solar panels in 12V and 24V systems. Thanks to advanced MPPT technology with conversion efficiency up to 97.9% and maximum load efficiency of 95.4%, it ensures optimal use of solar energy in any lighting conditions.
The device supports a wide range of battery types including lithium, gel and flooded, offering a special lithium battery activation function that protects the battery and extends its lifespan. The controller is equipped with an adaptive three-stage charging mode with automatic temperature compensation and a constant voltage function for direct load power supply from solar panels without a battery.
Advanced charging features
The controller implements adaptive three-stage charging with bulk, absorption and float phases, automatically compensating temperature for lead-acid batteries. Special mode for lithium batteries includes a safe activation function that protects against damage during deep discharge.
Flexible connectivity and monitoring
The RS-485 communication port allows connection of optional 4G or Wi-Fi modules for remote monitoring and parameter adjustment via mobile application. The backlit LCD display shows current operating parameters with adjustable backlight duration of 0–999 s.
Robust construction and protection
Metal housing with IP33 rating provides protection against solid objects above 2.5 mm and water spray from vertical angle up to 60°. The device is equipped with comprehensive electronic protections including overload, short circuit, reverse polarity and overheating protection.
