The current transformer is a compact sensor with a split-core design that allows installation without the need to disconnect the power line. Thanks to the 1,000:1 ratio, it transforms the primary current into a measurable value suitable for connection to analog inputs of energy meters or control systems. The transformer features accuracy class 0.5, which ensures reliable and precise measurements.
The device is supplied with a 33Ω resistor for direct use with 3.3V analog inputs of LK systems. The 11 mm aperture diameter with high insulation allows safe mounting on standard electrical wiring.
Application and Connection
The transformer is primarily designed for energy meters and current measurement systems via analog inputs. The transformer does not contain an internal burden resistor. For proper function and voltage measurement at analog inputs (e.g., 3.3V for LK), it is necessary to connect the included 33Ω resistor in parallel to the transformer output.
